If you do not feel any effect or have a contraindication, we provide the opportunity to return funds for the devices within 30 days from the date of purchase.
So, devices of the Cordus or Sacrus brands (hereinafter referred to as “devices”) are subject to return within 30 days from the date of purchase in the following cases:
When returning goods, the amount of delivery to the buyer is deducted from the amount of payment for the devices, the received amount of money is returned to the buyer’s card with which the payment was made or from the company’s cash desk in the case of a cash purchase at the office of NeuroTechnology LLC.
Refunds are made within 7 working days from the date NeuroTechnology LLC receives the returned product(s) from the buyer if there is a written application in a free, understandable form from the buyer, completed within 30 days from the date of purchase of the device(s), by email service@cordus.ru or via telegram/whatsapp messenger +79 080 804 786
The devices are returned using a return invoice issued by NeuroTechnology LLC or independently by the buyer to the address 454 136 Chelyabinsk, st. Molodogvardeytsev, 64B, office. 7 for NeuroTechnology LLC.
