Heart rate, pulse.
The smartwatch uses an LED light source and a photosensitive sensor (PPG) to track your heart rate. The LED light source emits light (usually green light) and a light sensor detects changes in the intensity of the reflected light. When the heart beats, blood flow changes, causing the intensity of reflected light to change. By analyzing these signals using algorithms, the heart rate can be calculated.
Your maximum heart rate = 220 - your age (for men) and 226 - your age (for women). For example, if I am a 39-year-old man, my maximum heart rate should be 220 – 39 = 181 bpm.

Blood oxygenation.
The smartwatch sensor is a combination of two LEDs. One of them emits red light, and the second emits infrared radiation invisible to the eye. On the opposite part of the sensor there is a photodetector that determines the intensity of the light flux incident on it. When a patient's finger or earlobe is placed between the LEDs and the photodetector, some of the emitted light is absorbed, scattered, reflected by tissues and blood, and the light flux reaching the detector is attenuated. The effect of the returned light flux works in smartwatches. The ratio of absorption of infrared and red waves is analyzed by a microprocessor, and as a result, the saturation of the pulsating flow of arterial blood with oxygen is calculated.
The formula is used for calculation: R = (Anorm. edge) / (Anorm. inf.),where is the index kr. refers to absorption in the red region of the spectrum, and the index inf. - in the infrared region of the spectrum.
The results are processed and displayed on the screenas a percentage of saturation.

Blood pressure.
The application takes both momentary and average blood pressure measurements. To calculate your mean arterial pressure, you can take multiple readings over a period of time and then add them up and divide by the number of readings taken. For example, if you took three readings and they were 120/80 mmHg. Art., 118/76 mm Hg. Art. and 122/78 mm Hg. Art., you add these numbers to get 360/234 mm Hg. Art.

Body temperature.
Body temperature values come from the sensor pad on the smartwatch. It is important to understand that the watch, when on the wrist, shows a temperature lower than the temperature in the armpit or head temperature.
Thus, the difference in limb temperature display can vary from body temperature to 3 degrees Celsius.

Electrodermal activity, neuroplasticity, vitality.
The sensor measures the conductivity of the skin, obtaining electrodermal activity values in kOhms. Tonic activity can be expressed in electrodermal level units (EDL or SCL), while phasic activity is expressed in electrodermal response units (EDR or SCR). The application receives skin conductance values in kOhm and uses these values to calculate fatigue (Vitality) for the current day using the formula LP = (24/EDR)-(24/100). The resulting value is used to infer the fatigue of the body. Neuroplasticity for the current day is calculated using the formula NP = (EDA*24)/100. The obtained value is used to understand the phase of activity of the nervous system and its ability to recover.

The legislation of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan establishes prohibitions and restrictions when using resources on the Internet. They are reflected in these terms of use, which are an integral part of the NEYROX User Agreement. Compliance with standards is a prerequisite for using the Resources. If you disagree with any of their terms, you must not use the Resources.

1. GENERAL PRINCIPLES
NEYROX encourages and obliges Users to adhere to the following principles and restrictions when using the Resources:
    1.1. Confidentiality. Users undertake to maintain the confidentiality of information constituting state, professional, official, commercial, personal, family and other secrets protected by law, information about the private life of a person, his personal and other data.
    1.2. Protection of minors. On the Resources, it is prohibited to distribute information and materials that could cause harm to the health and development of minors or pose a threat to their lives. In particular, materials and information:
· encouraging children to commit actions that pose a threat to their life and/or health (including causing harm to the health of children, their suicide);
· capable of causing in children a desire to use narcotic drugs, psychotropic and/or intoxicating substances, tobacco products, alcoholic and alcohol-containing products, take part in gambling, engage in prostitution, vagrancy or begging;
· justifying or justifying the acceptability of violence and/or cruelty, or encouraging violent actions towards people or animals;
· denying family values, promoting non-traditional sexual relationships and creating disrespect for parents and (or) other family members;
· justifying illegal behavior;
· containing obscene language;
· having a pornographic nature;
· containing information about a minor who has suffered as a result of illegal actions (inaction);
· containing pornographic images of minors and (or) advertisements for the involvement of minors as performers to participate in entertainment events of a pornographic nature.
    1.3. Safety for life and health. It is prohibited to distribute information and materials on the Resources that may pose a threat or cause harm to the life and health of people or lead to a violation of the rights and legitimate interests of citizens and other persons. In particular, materials and information:
· containing information about the methods, methods of development, manufacture and use of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and their precursors, new potentially dangerous psychoactive substances, places of their acquisition, methods and places of cultivation of narcotic plants;
· containing information about methods of committing suicide, as well as calls to commit suicide;
· containing proposals for remote retail sale of alcoholic products, and/or alcohol-containing food products, and/or ethyl alcohol, and/or alcohol-containing non-food products, the retail sale of which is limited or prohibited by legislation on state regulation of the production and circulation of ethyl alcohol, alcoholic and alcohol-containing products and on limiting the consumption of alcoholic products;
· containing unreliable socially significant information, disseminated under the guise of reliable messages, creating a threat of harm to the life and (or) health of citizens, property, a threat of mass disruption of public order and (or) public safety, or a threat of interfering with the functioning or termination of the functioning of vital support facilities, transport or social infrastructure, credit institutions, energy, industrial or communications facilities;
· calling for the commission of criminal acts;
· representing activities related to the organization and conduct of gambling and lotteries on the Internet.
    1.4. Maintaining public order. It is prohibited to distribute information and materials on the Resources that violate or may pose a threat to the public and/or social order of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan. In particular, materials and information:
· containing calls for mass riots;
· containing calls for extremist activities;
· containing calls for participation in mass (public) events held in violation of the established order;
· containing information about a foreign or international non-governmental organization whose activities are recognized as undesirable in the territory of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan;
· containing public calls for terrorist activities or publicly justifying terrorism or other extremist nature;
· expressing clear disrespect for society, the state, official state symbols of the Russian Federation, the Constitution of the Russian Federation or bodies exercising state power in the Russian Federation;
· containing instructions for homemade explosives and explosive devices;
· violating the prohibitions and restrictions provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan on referendums and elections;
· containing information allowing access to the above information or materials.
    1.5. Ethicality. It is prohibited to post information and materials on the Resources that are contrary to the standards of conduct, morality, morality, respect, integrity and business ethics. In particular, materials and information:
· promoting pornography, the cult of violence and cruelty;
· containing obscene language;
· distributed with the aim of defaming a citizen or certain categories of citizens on the basis of gender, age, race or nationality, language, attitude to religion, profession, place of residence and work, as well as in connection with their political beliefs;
· violating the honor, dignity, business reputation of citizens and the business reputation of organizations.
    1.6. Technical safety. It is prohibited to post information and materials on the Resources that could cause damage or other negative consequences to the Resources, projects, products and services of Users and third parties. In particular, materials and information:
· containing viruses or other computer codes, files or programs designed to disrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any product, website, service, program or equipment,
· intended for unauthorized access to any products, sites, services, programs and equipment;
· aimed at disrupting the normal functioning of Resources, projects, products and services of Users and third parties.
    1.7. Legality. It is prohibited to post information and materials on the Resources that violate the rights of NEYROX, other Users and other third parties, as well as the legislation of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. COMMENTING RULES
On some Resources, NEYROX provides the opportunity for Users to leave comments and reviews. In addition to the obligation to comply with the general principles specified in section 1, the User is recommended to:
    2.1. Respect other Users and refrain from making offensive, rude, threatening or aggressive comments;
    2.2. Show tolerance to other opinions and beliefs.
    2.3. Maintain speech culture and do not use profanity, swear words and curses, and also follow the rules of the Russian language.
    2.4. Follow the topic of the Resource and discussion.

3. RULES FOR USE AND POSTING OF CONTENT
When posting and using Content, the User undertakes to comply with the general principles specified in section 1, as well as the prohibitions and restrictions given below.
    3.1. On the Resources it is prohibited to perform actions that lead to a violation of the rights of NEYROX, other Users or third parties to intellectual property and means of individualization.
    3.2. If the User intends to use the Contentposted on the Resource, he undertakes to obtain prior written consent to this from the copyright holder. Use without consent is illegal use, which may result in the recovery of damages or compensation from the violator, as well as other liability in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan.
    3.3. If the User posts Content on the Resource, he:
    3.3.1. Guarantees that its Content does not violate the rights and legitimate interests of third parties, the Agreement, including the Rules of Use, as well as the legislation of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan.
    3.3.2. Independently bears responsibility for the content and use of the Content and all associated consequences.

This agreement sets out the terms on which NEYROX provides the Resources. You, the User, must carefully read the text of the agreement. If you disagree with any of its terms, you must not use the Resources.

1. Terms

1.1. NEYROX — legal entities that are part of the NEYROX group of companies and provide Resources to Users, namely: NEURODEVICE LLP.
1.2. Resources— sites, applications, services and other products on the Internet provided by NEYROX and located, among other things, on the following domains and their subdomains:

NEYROX mobile app

1.3. Device — NEYROX wearable electronic device designed to monitor health indicators and used in conjunction with Resources.
1.4. User- an individual who uses the Resources and/or Device and has the necessary legal capacity to enter into and execute the Agreement.
1.5. Agreement - this agreement between NEYROX and the User, establishing mutual rights and obligations for the use of the Resources and Device.
1.6. Account— the User’s account on the Resources, created by him through Registration or Authorization.
1.7. Registration— creating an Account by registering a cell phone number on the Resource, including generating Credentials, according to the NEYROX procedure.
1.8. Authorization— creating an Account by using the User’s credentials on a third party resource.
1.9. Credentials— the User’s unique login (email address) and password created during Registration, or credentials on a third party resource used during Authorization.
1.10. Standards of use- an integral part of the Agreement, containing restrictions and prohibitions imposed on the User when using the Resources.
1.11. Mailing rules- an integral part of the Agreement, containing the conditions for providing the User with informational, advertising and other messages from NEYROX and/or other persons.
1.12. Privacy Policy— a document defining the procedure and conditions for processing, as well as measures to protect the User’s data when using the Resources.
1.13. Content- design, graphics, images, photographs, texts, articles, videos, music, songs, computer programs, databases, trademarks, logos, any other results of intellectual activity and means of individualization posted or posted on the Resources.
1.14. Key documents — together Agreement, Privacy Policy, Terms of Use and Mailing Rules.
1.15. Documents — jointly Key documents, agreements on the use of individual Resources and other documents posted on the Resources and/or in the help section on the site.

2. Validity of the agreement

2.1. The agreement is concluded in accordance with the rules governing the acceptance of a public offer by conclusive actions.
2.2. The agreement is considered concluded from the moment it is accepted by the User. The User's access to any Resource, use of the Device and/or creation of an Account means that the User has fully and unconditionally accepted the terms of the Agreement. The Agreement is binding on the User and NEYROX from the moment of its conclusion. If the User does not agree with the Agreement, he does not have the right to use the Resources and the Device.
2.3. The relationship between NEYROX and the User regarding the provision and use of Resources is governed by the Documents, which are posted in the Help section on the Resource websites.
2.4. The rights and obligations associated with a particular Resource arise between the User and the person of the NEYROX group of companies providing the corresponding Resource. The name and details of such a person are posted on the Resource and/or in the Help section.
2.5. The agreement may be changed unilaterally by NEYROX out of court. Announcement of changes and publication of the amended Agreement are made in the Help section. By using the Resources, including through the Account, after changing the Agreement, the User accepts the Agreement fully and unconditionally in its modified form.

3. User Account

3.1. Resources may contain functionality that becomes available to the User after creating an Account and logging into it using Credentials.
3.2. NEYROX assumes that any actions performed through the Account are considered to be performed by the User. Therefore, the User undertakes:

monitor the confidentiality and security of the Credentials and data contained in the Account;
do not transfer Credentials to third parties;
immediately notify NEYROX of unauthorized access to the Account;
immediately change the Credentials if there are reasons to believe that their confidentiality may be violated.

3.3. The User is solely responsible for all actions performed through his Account.
3.4. The User has the right to delete the Account at any time using the Account deletion interface.
3.5. NEYROX has the right to delete the Account if the User violates the Agreement or other Documents.
3.6. After deleting your Account, some Resources or their individual functions may not be available for use.

4. Use of Resources

4.1. By providing Resources, NEYROX expects Users to respect the rights and legitimate interests of other Users and other third parties, as well as the laws of the Russian Federation. Moreover, this is a necessary and mandatory condition for using the Resources.
4.2. In order to fulfill the above conditions for the use of Resources, the User undertakes to comply with the Rules of Use.
4.3. Requirements for the use and placement of Content are provided in the Rules of Use. All claims related to the Content must be sent through the complaint form, links are located at the bottom of the Resource (footer of the site).
4.4. The standards of use follow primarily from the prohibitions and restrictions provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation. Therefore, materials and information posted on the Resources that violate the terms of the Agreement, including the Standards of Use, may be deleted, including at the request of authorized government bodies and/or reasonable requests of third parties.
4.5. The User acknowledges and agrees that the Resources may contain advertising. At the same time, the User does not have the right to place advertising and links to advertising on the Resources, unless otherwise provided by the agreement on the use of a separate Resource.
4.6. Unless otherwise provided by the Documents in relation to some Resources and/or their individual functionality, the Resources are intended for personal non-commercial use not related to business activities.
4.7. The User is independently responsible for all actions performed by him on the Resources, for violation of the legislation of the Russian Federation, the Agreement and other Documents.
4.8. The Resources and Device are provided “as is”. NEYROX does not guarantee that the Resources, the Device and the results of their use will meet the User's expectations. The User accepts all consequences and independently bears all possible risks associated with the use of the Resources and the Device.
4.9. NEYROX is not responsible for any types of damages that occur as a result of the use of the Resources, Device and/or their individual functions.
4.10. NEYROX provides the User with the opportunity to receive, in connection with or as a result of using the Resources, messages of informational, news, advertising or other nature from NEYROX and/or its partners and/or other third parties. The conditions for providing such messages are governed by the Mailing Rules.

5. Design and stage of product development

5.1. The User understands and accepts that the Device and the Resources associated with it are at the stage of active development and improvement. NEYROX continues to refine algorithms, improve measurement accuracy and expand product functionality. The functionality of the Device and Resources may change, be supplemented and expanded as technology develops.
5.2. The Device and Resources are not medical devices and are not intended to provide a definitive diagnosis and should not be used as the sole diagnostic or therapeutic tool. The Device's readings are for informational and research purposes only.
5.3. The accuracy of the Device's measurements may be affected by a number of external factors, including, but not limited to:

individual characteristics of the skin (thickness, moisture, level of hydration);
diet and metabolic characteristics;
taking medications, vitamins and dietary supplements;
level of physical activity and emotional state;
environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, electromagnetic interference, etc.).

5.4. NEYROX is not responsible for possible inaccuracies in the performance of the Device due to the above factors, as well as the current stage of product development.
5.5. By purchasing the Device, the User confirms that he is aware of the current stage of product development. Return of the Device due to the product being at the stage of development and improvement is not allowed.
5.6. By using the Device and Resources, the User contributes to the development of health monitoring technologies. The collected data and feedback are used by NEYROX for the purposes of:

improving algorithms for identifying biomarkers of electrodermal activity (EDA) for interpreting nervous system activity;
development of technologies for non-invasive monitoring of glucose levels;
improving blood pressure control methods;
scientific validation and refinement of other health indicators.

5.7. The user receives the following benefits:

early access to new features and updates;
participation in the development of innovative health monitoring technologies;
the opportunity to influence the improvement of the product and the quality of future versions.

5.8. The stage of active development is temporary. After its completion, the product will move to the next stage, while the Device will continue to operate and receive updates within the NEYROX ecosystem.

6. Feedback

6.1. Users can submit feedback, suggestions and bug reports through the official Telegram bot: t.me/neyroxlife_bot.
6.2. By sending feedback, the User agrees that the information provided can be used by NEYROX to improve the Resources and Device without additional approval and without payment of remuneration.

7. Personal data

7.1. The processing of the User's personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
7.2. Data obtained during the use of the Device may be processed by NEYROX for the purposes of research and development of new methods of health monitoring in anonymized form, unless otherwise stated in the Privacy Policy.

8. Other

8.1. The relationship between NEYROX and the User, including those provided for in the Agreement, is governed by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
8.2. All disputes arising from the Agreement and/or related to the Resources, Device and Content may be referred to the court after the Parties take measures to pre-trial resolve the dispute after 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of sending the first claim. If the dispute is not resolved pre-trial in accordance with this paragraph, it may be referred to the court at the location of NEYROX.
8.3. Legally relevant communications to NEYROX should be sent to:

8.4. Under this Agreement, NEYROX provides the Resources free of charge, and therefore consumer protection regulations do not apply.

The product is at the stage of active development, its indications do not constitute medical results, cannot be considered as a diagnosis and are of a research nature. The device is a tool for research and technology development. By using the Device, the User contributes to the development of health monitoring technologies and brings solutions to people with diabetes, epilepsy, cardiovascular disease and other conditions.

1. Scope and subject of regulation
This Regulation on the protection of user information (hereinafter referred to as the Regulation) is an official document of NEYROX, developed and implemented in relation to NEYROX projects and services.
The Regulations determine the conditions and purposes of collecting, storing, protecting, processing, providing and distributing information about users of NEYROX Internet resources.

2. Types of information
In accordance with these Regulations, information about users includes:
1. standard data automatically received by the http server when accessing Internet resources (host IP address, address of the requested resource, time, type and information about the viewer program that sent the resource request, type of user’s operating system, address of the Internet page from which the transition to the requested resource was made, header containing the session identifier for the authorized user);
2. data of electronic forms filled out and sent by NEYROX at the initiative of users when registering and using relevant Internet resources (user profiles - including, without limitation: user names, logins, passwords, first and last names of users, gender, dates of birth, security security questions and answers, email addresses, sociometric data and data about their preferences, as well as information about user actions expressing their personal attitude to information on Internet resources - “like”, “share”, reviews, etc.);
3. data received by NEYROX from partners and third parties through the use of the OpenID and OAuth protocols;
4. information automatically received when accessing Internet resources and stored on the browser side, including, but not limited to, information contained in bookmarks (cookies) (hereinafter referred to as information stored on the browser side);
User profiles and information obtained through bookmarks may contain information that personally identifies users (user personal information).
For the purposes of implementing these Regulations and ensuring additional protection for users, the personal data protection regime provided for by the Regulations applies to email addresses and telephone numbers.
All information about users collected, stored and processed by NEYROX is considered restricted access information, unless otherwise provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation or these Regulations.
3. Applicable law
The relations discussed in these Regulations related to the collection, storage, processing, distribution and protection of information about users of Internet resources are regulated in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation. The application of foreign law to them is possible only in cases provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation and international agreements valid for the Russian Federation.
4. Status of the Regulations and official documents of NEYROX
Official NEYROX documents defining the terms of use of individual NEYROX Internet resources, including joint partner projects and NEYROX services, may define additional conditions, composition and procedure for collecting, storing, protecting, processing and distributing information about users.
These Regulations take precedence over the above-mentioned documents and regulations, which apply only if they do not contradict these Regulations and provided that these documents and regulations do not explicitly state that their provisions regarding the protection of user information take precedence.
5. Terms of access to NEYROX Internet resources and user consent
NEYROX assumes that the user who initiates access to Internet resources:
1. consciously uses Internet resources on his own behalf and reliably indicates information about himself to the extent and in cases where this is required when registering, accessing and using Internet resources;
2. consciously determined and controls the settings of the software he uses in accordance with his preferences regarding the protection of information stored on the browser side, personal data, information about his own hardware and software and Internet connection;
3. has the opportunity to become familiar with the rules and protocols of information exchange enshrined in open Internet standards;
4. has read and has the opportunity at any time to familiarize himself with these Regulations by clicking on the hypertext link “Rules of Use and Confidentiality” from the Internet page of any Internet resource, with the terms of use of the relevant projects and resources of NEYROX and/or companies of the NEYROX group, as well as with the use of technologies regulated by the Personal Data Security Recommendation, World Wide Web Consortium (P3P, Platform for Privacy Preferences, http://www.w3.org/P3P/), and the OpenID and OAuth protocols.
When registering and accessing Internet resources, the user is prohibited from providing false and/or incomplete information about himself.
NEYROX believes that the user, by registering and accessing Internet resources, is familiar with these Regulations, agrees with them and assumes the rights and obligations specified therein. Consent is carried out in the form and under the conditions established for users in the Rules for using NEYROX projects and services.
If the user disagrees with these Regulations, the use of Internet resources must be stopped.
By providing his personal data to NEYROX, the user consents to their processing by NEYROX in order to provide him with the opportunity to access the content and other content of Internet resources, register on them and use them within the framework of any available functionality.
By providing data of third parties necessary to use the Internet resource, the user confirms that he has received the consent of these persons to process their personal data or that the user has the authority to express consent on behalf of such persons.
The user also gives his consent to the transfer of personal data to persons, including, but not exclusively, companies included in the NEYROX group of companies, and the processing of personal data by these persons. The purpose of such transfer and processing is to provide the user with the opportunity to access the content and other content of Internet resources, register on them and use them within the framework of any available functionality.
NEYROX assumes that the registration form on the Internet resource is filled out directly by the user. Responsibility for the legality of the provision and accuracy of the personal data of the user and other persons whose data is provided rests solely with the user. Since NEYROX does not verify the identity of the user and does not assume responsibility for such identification, NEYROX is not responsible for the fact that the user is actually the person on whose behalf the registration on the Internet resource was made, and is not responsible for possible damage caused to other users or other persons if the user is not such a person.
NEYROX does not undertake any obligations to verify the accuracy of the personal data specified by the user and is not responsible if the user provides more data than provided by the registration form posted on the NEYROX Internet resource.
Mixed processing of personal data of users and other persons whose personal data is specified during registration and use of the Internet resource is provided, that is, both processing without the use of automation tools and automated processing with the transfer of received information using the Internet.
This consent is granted indefinitely for the entire period of use of the Internet resource.
The user is aware that he can withdraw consent to the processing of personal data by sending NEYROX a paper application or as a request through the feedback form on the Site, including using his account on the NEYROX Internet resource, indicating in such a statement the data provided for by the Federal Law of July 27, 2006 No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”.
If the user’s consent to the processing of personal data is withdrawn in paper form, NEYROX, in order to identify the subject of personal data, has the right to request from such person additional information provided by the subject of personal data when registering on the Internet resource, or to ask such person to send an electronic request to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data through the corresponding account (account) of the subject of personal data on the Internet resource. If the applicant fails to perform such additional actions, NEYROX has the right to refuse such person to revoke consent to the processing of personal data in order to protect the rights of third parties.
In the event of withdrawal of previously issued consent to the processing of personal data by the user or third parties whose personal data was received by NEYROX from the user, these entities will not be able to use the Internet resource and the services and opportunities provided through it.
NEYROX has the right to continue processing the user’s personal data after he withdraws his consent in cases provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
The User agrees to receive from companies included in NEYROX information messages, any type of advertising and/or other personalized messages related to the Internet resource and/or the subject of the Internet resource, as well as products (services) of companies and their partners, which can be sent to the email address specified by the user when registering on the Internet resource, as well as in the form of SMS messages or other types of messages - to the phone number specified by the User during registration. In order to receive these messages and promote Internet resources, products (services) of the NEYROX group of companies and partners of the NEYROX group of companies, the user consents to the processing of his personal data.
The user has the right at any time and for any reason to refuse to receive these messages by following the appropriate link contained in such a personalized message, or by setting up in the personal account of the website or mobile application.
At the same time, the user is notified that he bears the responsibility established by the legislation of the Russian Federation in the event of providing incorrect contact information, as well as data of third parties without obtaining the appropriate authority from them.
6. Collection and processing of information about users
NEYROX collects and processes information about users in accordance with these Regulations and other official NEYROX documents that define the conditions for using the relevant Internet resources in order to fulfill its obligations established by these documents.
NEYROX has the right to process user information obtained as a result of information exchange with third parties via the OpenID and OAuth protocols, provided that these third parties obtain the prior consent of the users for the specified processing.
7. Restriction of obtaining information from and about minors
NEYROX does not intend to receive information from minors and recommends that minors' legal representatives allow them to work on the Internet only under the legal representatives' own control.
NEYROX uses user information to protect the rights of minors within the limits and limits established by current legislation.
8. Limitation of liability for the accuracy of the information received
NEYROX does not verify the accuracy of the information received about users and does not exercise control over the legal personality of users.
9. Storing information about users
NEYROX stores information about users in accordance with these Regulations and official NEYROX documents defining the rules for the use of relevant Internet resources.
10. Information protection
NEYROX takes all reasonable measures to protect user information from destruction, corruption or disclosure.
NEYROX ensures the confidentiality of relevant information within the limits and under the conditions established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation and these Regulations.
11. Access to user information
In addition to NEYROX and the persons specified in Section 5 of the Regulations, the following have access to information about users, subject to compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation:
1. persons whose rights and obligations regarding access to relevant information are established by the federal laws of the Russian Federation;
2. users of Internet resources - in terms of access to information identifying them (personal data of users), using the password and login they specified during registration;
3. NEYROX partners in relation to joint partnership projects and NEYROX services within the limits and under the conditions established by the relevant official documents defining their use;
4. users of NEYROX projects and services within the limits and under the conditions established by the relevant official NEYROX documents defining their use;
5. persons and organizations providing technical support for NEYROX services to the extent necessary to provide such technical support, subject to their compliance with the confidentiality of user information;
12. User rights regarding information
NEYROX guarantees compliance with the following rights of the user of Internet resources:
1. the right to obtain information about whether NEYROX processes information that allows the user to be identified (personal data);
2. the right to delete processed personal data;
3. the right to edit, clarify or correct processed personal data, subject to compliance with the requirements of this Regulation.
Deletion of personal data occurs within 30 (thirty) business days from the date of receipt of the user’s request and may result in the latter being unable to use the relevant Internet resources.
NEYROX has the right to delete information about the user if the latter violates the norms of official NEYROX documents, including those defining the terms of use of individual Internet resources.
If such a possibility is provided in NEYROX projects and services, the user of Internet resources has the right to allow or prohibit the provision of information about himself to NEYROX partners or third parties using the OpenID and OAuth protocols. NEYROX undertakes, in the relevant official documents defining the rules for the use of NEYROX projects and services, to indicate the persons to whom this information will be provided and the conditions of the specified expression of will of the user regarding the use of information within the framework of these protocols.
The user has the right to distribute his own personal data by any legal means. NEYROX is not responsible for the actions of third parties who gained access to user information as a result of this distribution, or who unlawfully accessed protected user information.
13. Restriction of distribution and provision of information about users
NEYROX distributes and/or provides information about users only in the following cases:
1. after processing the relevant information (depersonalization of information), resulting in the deletion of information (including email addresses) that allows the user to be identified, as well as after statistical processing of the information;
2. with the permission of persons who provided NEYROX with their own profiles when registering on the relevant Internet resources;
3. provision of information to the persons specified in clause 11 of these Regulations.
14. Limiting the use of information from user profiles
NEYROX uses information from user profiles (login in the form of a phone number and password) to authorize access to Internet resources. In this case, NEYROX has the right to provide such data to the persons specified in clause 11 of these Regulations. The user is responsible for the safety of this information, including login and password. Any actions performed using it are considered by NEYROX to be performed by the user. Transferring the user's own login and password to third parties is prohibited.
If the user becomes aware of the login and password of another user, as well as other confidential information about the latter, he is obliged to notify NEYROX about this and not use the specified information that has become known to him.
NEYROX uses information about users for the purposes of analyzing the interests and preferences of users, adapting NEYROX projects and services according to the results obtained from the above analysis, as well as for advertising purposes on Internet resources to the extent necessary to display it to the target audience.
Information from user profiles is not used by NEYROX to send users any information, except as provided for by the rules (regulations) for the use of the relevant Internet resources, or at their explicit request.
15. Use of information stored on the browser side
NEYROX uses information stored on the browser side in accordance with the purposes defined in these Regulations to determine a unique identifier for user access to Internet resources for the following purposes:
1. supporting the functioning of resources that require the use of information stored on the browser side;
2. displaying advertising to the target audience;
3. measuring the size of website audiences, their associations and intersections;
4. determining the statistical information preferences of users when accessing various Internet resources;
5. determining, for research purposes, the correlation of statistical data on site traffic with sociometric data about NEYROX users.
By configuring the software, the user has the opportunity to prohibit the use of information stored in the browser on his computer, however, this may lead to partial or complete loss of functionality of Internet resources.
NEYROX has the right to provide relevant information to the persons specified in clause 11 of these Regulations.
16. Access to NEYROX Internet resources and third party Internet resources
User access to NEYROX Internet resources may result in access to third party Internet resources and downloading from them program code and/or graphic objects (including those invisible when the browser displays Internet pages) used for advertising purposes and for collecting statistics. Owners of Internet resources have the technical ability to collect information about users and independently determine the conditions for its use.
By configuring the software, the user has the ability to block requests for graphic images hosted on third-party servers, however, this may lead to loss of readability and errors when displaying resources.
When users move from the pages of NEYROX Internet resources to the pages of Internet resources of third parties, users independently determine the limits of the use of information about them within the framework of the conditions and rules determined by the owners of the corresponding Internet resources. The latter have the technological ability to access information stored on the browser side and are responsible for observing the rights of users in connection with its use.
17. Limitation of the validity of the Regulations in relation to Internet resources and actions of third parties
Internet resources maintained by NEYROX may contain links to Internet resources of third parties to which these Regulations do not apply. NEYROX encourages users to request information about the use of user data directly from the owners of these resources.
NEYROX is not responsible for the actions of third parties who use Internet resources in their activities, and strongly recommends that users not provide their own personal data to third parties without sufficient grounds.
NEYROX is not responsible for organizing the use of OpenID and OAuth protocols by third parties and ensuring that the latter properly protect user information, as well as obtaining the legal prior consent of users for NEYROX to process their personal data within the framework of the use of these protocols.
In the case of joint partner projects and NEYROX services, the official documents of the latter and/or documents of the partners defining the use of the relevant Internet resources must indicate how information about users is processed by all partners, including information about who stores and processes personal data of users. NEYROX is not responsible for failure of these persons to comply with the requirements of the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
18. User requests
NEYROX considers requests related to these Regulations, including requests from users regarding the use of their personal data, at info@neyrox.com.
The response period for received requests is 10 working days from the date of receipt of the relevant requests. Anonymous requests will not be considered.
All correspondence sent by users to NEYROX is perceived by NEYROX as restricted information and can be published only with the written consent of the user, and addresses, personal data and other information about the users who sent these letters cannot be used without their express consent other than to respond to the topic of the received request.
19. Access to the Regulations
These Regulations are an open and publicly available document. Its current version is available on the Internet via the Internet link located at: https://neyrox.com/agreement/
NEYROX does not collect information about users related to access to this website.
20. NEYROX’s right to amend the Regulations
NEYROX reserves the right to change the provisions of these Regulations at any time by notifying users on the Internet at the address where these Regulations are posted.

The NEYROX mobile application may request the following permissions to provide its core functionality:

1. File access
An application may request access to write files on your device. This access is required for the functionality of exporting graphs and reports from the user profile. We ensure that access to files is carried out in strict accordance with privacy and security policies.

2. Access to geolocation (GPS), bluetooth and wi-fi
The app may use location data in the background to enable the following features:

training with track recording
S.O.S. to notify the person in charge (an employee of a medical organization or a relative) about the location of the victim

This data is collected even when the application is closed or not used. The information is also used in the following scenarios:

when monitoring children's health by parents using a neurotracker
when monitoring the health of older relatives using a neurotracker
when monitoring clinic patients using a neurotracker

Access bluetooth in the following scenarios:

for searching, connecting and exchanging data with a neurotracker

Users can choose not to grant these permissions, but doing so may limit the app's functionality.

3. Contact and call lists, phone notifications
The app may request access to contacts, call logs, and notifications on your device. This access is necessary for the notification functionality on the neurotracker. We ensure that contacts and calls are accessed in strict accordance with privacy and security policies.

4. Work in the background
The application requires access to constant presence in background processes; this is necessary for exchanging data between the neurotracker and the mobile application via bluetooth.

5. Privacy policy
We strictly adhere to privacy and data usage policies. Our privacy policy is available at https://neyrox.com/agreement. It covers all aspects of your data use, security and privacy. The policy cannot be edited and is intended solely for our application.

6. Transparency and notifications
Before asking for permissions, the application displays an explicit disclosure dialog box. We clearly explain what data is collected, why it is needed and how it will be used. Example text: "This app collects location data for the S.O.S. function, exercise function, and health monitoring function for children and older relatives, even when the application is closed or not in use."

We regularly update our user agreement and privacy policy in accordance with the current requirements of Google Play, Apple AppStore, RuStore and the legislation of the Russian Federation and Kazakhstan.

4. Legal basis for processing
4.1. The grounds for processing personal data are:

– execution of the agreement (offer) between the Company and the user;
– compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation;
– legitimate interests of the Company, subject to the rights and freedoms of the user.

5. Data localization and storage
5.1. Personal data of citizens of the Russian Federation is processed and stored on the territory of the Russian Federation on servers located in data centers that comply with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.
5.2. The storage period for data is determined by the purposes of their processing, the terms of the agreement with the user and does not exceed 5 years from the date of the last activity of the user, unless otherwise required by law.
5.3. Destruction or depersonalization of data is carried out upon expiration of the storage period or at the request of the user in the absence of legal grounds for their preservation.

6. Protection of personal data

11. Anonymization and reporting
11.1. The company anonymizes personal data in cases where their use does not require user identification.
11.2. If an incident is detected (leakage, unauthorized access, etc.), the Company undertakes to act in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and notify Roskomnadzor within the established time frame. If necessary, users are also notified of the incident.
